6. Limitation of Liability

Events are unpredictable. Weather changes, economic shifts, unexpected world events—countless factors can affect outcomes. While we work hard to provide sound analysis, we can't control these variables.

This limitation applies regardless of whether a claim arises from contract, negligence, or another legal theory. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain liability limitations, so parts of this section might not apply to you.

8.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms, provide false information, or use our services for prohibited purposes. We'll also terminate accounts with overdue payments after appropriate notices.

In cases of termination for non-payment, you remain responsible for all outstanding fees. We may pursue collection of unpaid amounts and related costs.

9. Dispute Resolution

We hope it never comes to this, but if a dispute arises between us, let's try to work it out directly first. Many issues can be resolved through honest conversation.

9.1 Informal Resolution

10. General Provisions
